Distractions happen.

What you choose to do with it will assist in keeping you on track to reach your goals in the new year!

Here are some tips to kick the distractions to the curb:

1. Build periods of solitude into your day. Schedule a meeting with yourself to quiet your mind.

2. Analyze where your time is BEST spent. What tasks deserve to be a priority? Which ones help you be most productive towards your goals?

3. Dedicated time for technology. Do you find yourself getting lost surfing social media? Is your email box draining your time? Create time for those tasks. Put bookends on it.
